The Show Must Go On(line) Pittsburgh is our region’s first shared programming channel. It is a collaborative daily webcast that unites and streams programs by Pittsburgh’s arts organizations. By bringing these creative forces together, The Show Must Go On(line) provides free access to high quality, regularly scheduled programs to connect artists and audiences and continue to build community around the arts.
City of Asylum has long been a home for presenting organizations large and small and artists of diverse artistic genres. This shared platform moves that home online, and allows us to continue fulfilling our mission to celebrate creative freedom of expression.https://www.youtube.com/embed/B7NpY4Ef-Rw?feature=oembedDonate and help make The Show go online!

123 Andrés are a kids’ music duo with catchy songs and a fun-filled show that gets kids and families singing and dancing in Spanish and English composed of Christina and Andrés. Before COVID the pair traveled non-stop– bringing their message to audiences of children and families. Now, they continue reaching families through their interactive online shows, albums and, starting this August, their new Hola, Amigo book.
Andrés grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, and learned how to play the guitar from his father as a child. He studied clarinet at the Conservatory and had his first studio experience at age eight. He went on to earn a Doctorate in music and win first prize in the National Composition Contest in Colombia for one of his early songs.
Christina was raised in the US, in a Spanish-speaking family hailing from Colombia, and studied theater and dance as a child. After serving as a classroom teacher in public schools and earning a Masters in Education from Penn, she found her mission teaching through music.
